Stainless steel blade, ABS smelt, beech wooden handle.

Blade surface made of tempered, cutlery-grade stainless steel: flexibility, hardness, thread sharpness conservation over time, resistance to chemical aggression. Special mirror finish allowing filler polishing without “burns”. Rounded corners help avoid dragging material during operations. Deburred and rounded edges guarantee optimal processing with any blade inclination. Ideal for spreading and smoothing of precious mineral finishes (“Venetian stuccos”).

 

HIGH QUALITY SHOWS
Stem quality Made of ABS, the stem is both resistant and lightweight. Special tiny flaps and washers offer the handle a guaranteed grip, preventing it to slide out or turn onto the stem at any time.
Blade-stem welding The connection between the stem and the blade is obtained with an ultrasound press and based on welded rivets, which remove any risk of damaging the blade on its usage side.
Blade flatness A perfectly flat blade is a crucial feature for a plaster trowel. You can quickly check it in 3 ways:  1) Lay the trowel onto a flat surface, then press on blade’s edges. It won’t sway.  2) Look at the blade in profile: it shall not appear curved. 3) Look at the blade in profile and against a backlight: no misconnection shall appear between the blade and the stem.
Handle quality Our handle is made of high quality beech wood. Cheaper (or imported) products emply lesser quality woods. Its shape is symmetrical to its main axis, which – unlike so-called “ergonomical handles” – allows for an equally comfortable grip by hands of any size, with or without gloves, and independently on wrist positions
