FOLDABLE BIG TILES TROLLEY

Ghelfi’s foldable trolley greatly facilitates moving and processing big format ceramic and porcelain tiles on the bulding site.

It supports tiles and slabs with at least 1 side at least 1 mt long, and up 3,5 x 2 mt maximum size.

Ghelfi trolley’s armature is entirely based on extruded aluminum profiles: lightweight, undeformable, immune to rust.

Four 360°-pivoting gum wheels prove very effective on non perfectly smooth site grounds. Their snap-on locking system is designed to help with slab load/unload, or on-tile adhesive spreading operations.

Horizontal bars can be quickly repositioned by actioning upon their locking knobs, to instantly reconfigure the structure to optimally support different format slabs.

In case of slabs being handled by some suction-cup-based equipment (such as Ghelfi’s Telescopic Big Tiles Handling System, or many third-party similar systems) two repositionable side hooks can be adjusted to safely hang handling system’s bars to the trolley during movement or processing phases. The same purpose is pursued by the red vertical hook: it can be positioned in seconds to safely hook a slab being handled freehand.
