Blade-stem welding
The connection between the stem and the blade is obtained with an ultrasound press and based on welded rivets, which remove any risk of damaging the blade on its usage side.
Blade flatness
A perfectly flat blade is a crucial feature for a plaster trowel. You can quickly check it in 3 ways: 1) Lay the trowel onto a flat surface, then press on blade’s edges. It won’t sway. 2) Look at the blade in profile: it shall not appear curved. 3) Look at the blade in profile and against a backlight: no misconnection shall appear between the blade and the stem.
Handle
Made of beech wood, its shape is symmetrical to its main axis, which – unlike what happens with so-called “ergonomical handles” – allows for an equally comfortable grip by hands of any size, with or without gloves, and independently on wrist positions.
