Description

New 4 speed electronic mixer with dual intependent paddles.

The larger, trapeze shaped paddle carries PVC add-on profiles on its external and bottom edges. Its task is to continuously recall mixing material from the bucket’s bottom and side surfaces thereby avoiding deposits and clogs. The smaller, pyramid shaped paddle spins 5 times faster and is responsible for MultiMIX V50’s outstanding operational speed achievements.

An electronic controller offers 4 different selectable speeds. Three of those settings allows for mixing each different product at its optimal velocity. A fourth, slower and counter-spinning speed helps on decloggjng some highly thickening products, and keeps mixture alive and active once main mixing activity is over, while users progressively tap on the bucket.

DUTY CYCLE UP TO 800 Kg/h

The galvanised steel grid above the bucket eases continuous visual checking of ongoing mixing operations, and 100% safe correction via material / water addition at any time, even while paddles are running.

MultiMIX V50 comes with 2 transport wheels mounted on a telescopic structure: extending it back the system becomes even more easily displaceable on the builting site, even when at full load.

Ghelfi’s Transport trolley (optionally available) allows for further productivity increase: as soon as mixture is ready the user can simply slide from MultiMIX V50 onto the Trolley to ease its transport close to application point, all while installing a spare 50 lt bucket (also separately available) onto MultiMIX V50 and have the subsequent mixing job started right away.

MultiMIX V50 is ideal for mixing tile adhesives, grout, concrete, mortar plasters, quartz plaster, self leveling underlay mortar, screed and paints.

An alternate versione is also available called MultiMIX 50, featuring identical structural and mechanical specs, but not equipped with the electronic controller offering 4 selectable speeds.

MultiMIX V50 and MultiMIX 50 both come with a complimentary 50 Litre bucket.
